We have been home from our mission in Historic Kirtland, Ohio for a little over 3 months now. We think and talk about our time there, almost everyday.
It was a life-changing experience for us. Our testimonies grew by leaps and bounds from being there and being able to testify of the truthfulness of the Gospel and the events that took place there, to everyone on our Tours everyday of the week.
What an incredible year we have had. The camaraderie with the other 15 Senior Couples and the 18 Single Sisters serving there at the Historic Kirtland Visitors Center was so awesome. An unbelievable bonding went on there.
Every single day.......was like we partook of a little bit of Heaven.
We also had an outstanding Director with a wonderful wife to guide and direct us. He was always upbeat and would never let anything bother him.
If you ever have a chance to go on a Mission we recommend you do it before your health goes bad. You'll get out of it....just you put into it.
